Our executive team

1 YOUTH is led by an Executive Director — who must be a woman — appointed by the Board of Directors. She holds operational responsibility for day-to-day administration, programme delivery, financial oversight and staff supervision across our national and regional offices. She is assisted by a Deputy Executive Director.

• Regional Coordination, led by Regional Coordinators

Our commitment to women's leadership

As a feminist organisation, we require that at least 50% of our Core / Principal Staff (key leadership, senior management, department heads and regional coordinators) are women. The HR Department reports this figure to the Board at least once a year; if the threshold is not met, the next vacancy in this category is filled by a woman.
